How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, it must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition.
What condition do the items need to be in for a return?
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached. Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless defective.
How should I care for my products?
To ensure your products stay in great condition, we recommend following the care instructions included with each item. All saddle pads are machine washable in warm water with a non-bleach detergent. Use the gentle cycle and don't overload the washer. It is safe to spot-treat stains, and recommend Oxy detergents. Hang your non-slip saddle pad to dry for best results, or dry on air fluff only with no heat.
How do I know which size to purchase?

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the steps on our Returns & Exchanges page and indicate that you'd like an exchange instead of a return.
